It happened right in front of me. A woman was unconscious behind the wheel with her foot on the gas pedal. Several cars were rammed before someone was able to get the car out of gear. I don't think any pedestrians were hit, so it wasn't as bad as it could have been. There were plenty of campus security and by-standers around so I got out of there to free up space for the emergency responders who showed up quite promptly, so I don't know what the status of the driver was after the dust settled.
It was a terrifying incident.
