i am now fighting compensation they deemed i could return to work june 2010 my doctor said no way referred me to another specialist which i never got to see till dec 2010 so he says my first surgery in october 2009 which by the way was done by comp docotor didnt address my problem and i need more surgery which is coming up so i once again called compensation which never returned calls from jan to march 2011 they were saying cut off waiitng appeal contact st john and st john was saying this letter from docotr needs be addressed contact moncton. after run around got tired of it called supervisor in moncton three days later got call saying when seen doctor in dec will get back time till obce again says able to work ,then she preceeds to tell me send in confirmation of earnings for previous 4 weeks duh you cut me off june 2010 i never knew i could recieve sick benefits till researching and in october 2010 started getting 218.00 biweekly because they take into consideration hours from comp but not wage therefore again no income to base it on got lowest possible . so now my backtime is based on 218.00 biweekly will get 184.00 biweekly till can return to work a person on social assistance makes more than that for NOT WORKING AND BEING INJURED ON THE JOB .SO YES I SAY WORKSFAE N.B IS NOT FOR THE INJURED WORKER TODAY I SEE MY M.P. BECAUSE THEY THINK THIS IS ALSO BULL HOPING TO RECOUP MY LOSSES SOON AS THIS IS CAUSING STRESS ON MY FAMILY LIFE TOO AS WELL SO MAYBE THEY WILL SUPPORT ME WITH SOCIAL ASSISTANCE CAUSE MY LIFE IS GONE TO HELL....AN INJURED PISSED OFF WORKER
